2. RESERVATIONS

1. By using this website to make reservations with Royale Chulan Hotels & Resorts, you agree to be bound by all of the standard terms and conditions and any other policies, terms and conditions that apply thereafter.
2. By using this website to make reservations with hotels under Royale Chulan Hotels & Resorts, you hereby authorize us to use your personal information which may include credit/ debit card information that you provide to us for the purpose of the reservation.
3. Reservations made on the website is strictly reserved for yourself and your guests. Any bookings that are more than ten (10) rooms for the same period of stay and at the same hotel, you will have to contact the hotel directly to make the reservation. All reselling reservations activities, whether online or offline to third parties including online agents, travel agents, or third-party owned website is prohibited.
4. We reserve the rights to require proof of identity (e.g. passports or national identity cards) from all of the persons checking in the hotel. Refusal to provide proof of identity will allow us to refuse to check in. We have the rights to refuse a guest from checking in at our own discretion if the identity of the person does not match the reservation details provided. We reserve the rights to modify or cancel any reservations that have breached the Terms and Conditions set, or is suspected/ reported that the reservations is made for fraud or unauthorised purposes.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

1. The cancellation policy of reservation may vary depending on factors which includes but not limited to room rates, room availability, or other hotel requirements. The cancellation policy will usually be provided during and upon confirmation of your reservation. Any reservation cancellation are bound to the cancellation policy attached to each reservation.

4. PAYMENT

1. Where applicable, charges for usage and purchase of goods including services, food and beverages, spa activities, or other activities available to your room during your stay. You are personally liable for the payment of charges which may include any applicable service charge, duties, taxes, or tariffs. You are required to pay and settle all such charges fully upon receipt of hotel bill upon check out.
2. You may have to provide your valid credit/ debit card information which includes full name, card type, card number, expiry date, and the three number cvv code at the time of booking to secure your reservation by prepayment, during check in for guarantee or deposit purposes, or during check-out for bill settlement.
3. If you check out of the hotel without the bill settled in full, you expressly and irrevocably authorize us to charge to your credit/ debit card, which was used at the time of check-in, provided to secure your reservation, or saved in your account (whichever is available).
4. While all reasonable security measures will be taken to ensure that your credit/ debit card information is secured, you agree to hold us and our employees harmless and release us from any claims, liability, damage, or actions resulting from any loss, release, disclosure, or compromise of your credit/ debit card information caused by viruses, hacking activities, malware and malicious software, or any other unlawful interference of the website’s system and its services provided.

5. PERSONAL GOODS

1. You are advised not to bring any precious goods, valuable items, or cash in excessive amounts onto the hotel premises. Any items mentioned that is brought along is being done so at your own risk. Please ensure that all items of value are always stored securely by usage of safety deposit box available in each rooms. To the extent permissible by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage to any items or property brought onto the hotel premises.
